You can see our latest cloud status by visiting http://status.heatmiser.com
If Cloud Status is fine, it would indicate that the issue is local to you.
Avoid touching the Connect button on the neoHub, usually taking the power lead of the neoHub and back in again should resolve the issue.
The neoHub usually looks like this and is plugged into your Internet, usually a router or a switch
It is likely you will have one of the following error messages, press the link for more information
Location Offline (The Link Light is Red or it is off)
This means that there is a problem for our servers to see the neoHub. The Link light will be Red or Off.
Pair to NeoHub (No Devices Paired)
This means that the neoHub is connecting to our servers and is paired, however no thermostats or repeaters are connected to it. This is the default on a new install and would suggest that the neoHub has been through a factory reset. If thermostats have been connected to the neoHub previously, they will need to be reset and added back to the neoHub.
The neoHub is connected to our servers and you can access the neoHub on the App. However although the neoHub knows that thermostats are paired to it, it cannot pick them up.
