This is when you see the message on the App showing the Location is offline
You need to locate your neoHub. It will either be white or black. It will be plugged into either a network port or your router. There will be a sticker on the back showing neoHub.
On the white neoHub, the link light may be green while offline. There was no distinction between offline and online according to the neoHub.
Therefore try these troubleshooting steps
- Unplug both the power lead and the network lead from the back of the neoHub and plug them back in again.
- Try plugging the neoHub directly into your router, make sure it is plugged into a yellow LAN port and not a red WAN port.
- Try another power adaptor, the USB cable is detachable.
If the neoHub remains offline, it is suggesting that it has developed a fault and will need to be replaced.
The replacement neoHub is the IMI Heatmiser NeoHub Gen 3. Any of your existing neoStats will work with the neoHub Gen 3, except the neoUltra. However each thermostat will need to be reset before adding to the new neoHub Gen 3.
