- Press and hold the Connect button for 10s until the LEDs flash
- The neoHub will take around 3 minutes to boot up and connect to the Neo Server.
Please be aware that any thermostat that was previously connected to the NeoHub, unless it was removed from the neoApp first will need to be reset before adding back to the neoHub. Therefore think before you reset the neoHub.
After the neoHub has been reset, the Status light will be off indicating no thermostats are connected.
