How do I reset my neoApp Password?

If you are already in the App

1. Select HOME on the App
2. Press the button with two houses on the top left corner
3. Press the "Man" icon on the top right corner
4. Sign out of the Account
5. Then follow the next steps

If you cannot log into the App

1. On the opening screen underneath username and password, press Forgot Password
2. Enter your email address that you use to log into the App and press Request New Passcode
3. We will now email a code that you must use to create new your password
4. Check your email, and be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder in case it has been delivered there
5. On the opening screen underneath username and password, press Forgot Password
6. Put in your email address and choose Enter Existing Passcode
7. Enter the Passcode we sent you on the screen
8. Press Submit
9. Create your new password, avoid the following characters % £ $ * ? ; &
10. Log into your Heatmiser Neo account using your existing email address and your new password
