Unless you are using the neoStat WIFI (with the WIFI sticker on the underside of the thermostat with the screw), the answer is no.
If you are using a neoHub, to repeat the signal, you would need a neoPlug or a Heatmiser Boost V2 instead. It is because with the neoHub, it uses a Zigbee Mesh system. Hard wired neoStats will repeat the signal between the thermostats and the neoHub, however the battery powered neoAir range do not. Without a neoPlug or a Heatmiser Boost, the neoAir range will only communicate with the neoHub for App control.
In addition if you have signal issues between battery powered neoAir stats paired to an RF Switch, RF Switch V2, UH8-RF, UH8-RF V2 or an RF Switch V2, again WIFI extenders will not help as these stats send a radio frequency to the receiver, nothing to do with WIFI. Again the neoPlugs or Heatmiser Boost will help with this.
