Please check the following;
- Ensure your neoHub is connected to your main router and not a switch.
- Ensure that the neoHub is plugged into a LAN port and not a WAN port on your router
- Turn off mobile data on your phone and ensure your phone is connected to your WiFi router
- Check the neoHub LINK LED colour.
Red = Internal network access
Amber/Green = Connected to Heatmiser Cloud.
If the link light is off or stays red, have a look at Location Offline (when a neoHub is offline)
Additional Steps to try
- Turn off your broadband router and neoHub for 3-4 minutes
- Turn on your broadband router and allow time to boot up fully.
- Turn on your neoHub and wait for the LINK LED to turn AMBER.
- Ensure your mobile phone is connected to the WiFi router.
- Begin the pairing process.
