This is usually caused if a neoStat-hw or a neoStat/neoAir is in timer mode and an on and off time have been set the same.
For example, If you have the following:
TIMER ON 06:00
TIMER ON 09:00
TIMER ON 15:00
TIMER OFF 15:00
TIMER ON 16:00
TIMER OFF 20:00
TIMER ON --:--
TIMER OFF --:--
You will see here that you have both TIMER ON and OFF set to 15:00. This will mean that the time clock does not know if the timer should be on and off and will cause a conflict, either set a different on and off time or set both times to --:-- if you are not using it.
TIMER ON at 00:00 and TIMER OFF at 00:00 does not mean that you are not using the level. It is actually causing the same issue, again if you are not using the time slot, set to --:--
You can check this by going to EDIT on the neoStat, once you are passed the days of the week, press tick and check each time slot 1, 2, 3 and 4 before going to DONE by pressing the right arrow.
If you have Monday to Friday showing and you have checked, this, go to EDIT and press tick, press the right button to move to Saturday and Sunday and check the same settings on the App.
You can also check this if you have access to the Heatmiser Neo App.
