Use this article when you want to share an existing neoHub with another person, invite another user, add another user, allow someone to join your hub, or give your partner access to your neoHub.
Do not press or hold the Connect button on the neoHub at any point during this process. Neither the person sharing the neoHub nor the person joining the neoHub needs to press the Connect button.

- Removing or transferring ownership of a neoHub.
Part 1 - Open the neoHub Sharing Settings
The person who already has access to the neoHub needs to send the invitation.
- Open the IMI Heatmiser neoApp.
- Select the neoHub you wish to share.
- Open Settings.
- Select Sharing.
- Continue to Part 2.
Part 2 - Invite the Other Person
- Enter the name of the person you want to invite.
- Enter their email address.
- Check that the email address has been entered correctly.
- Send the invitation.
The invitation is then sent to the person you want to give access to the neoHub.
Do not press or hold the Connect button on the neoHub. Sharing access does not require the Connect button to be pressed at any point.
Part 3 - Joining the neoHub
The person you have invited can use the invitation to join the shared neoHub.
They should use the email address that was invited when accessing the IMI Heatmiser neoApp.
Do not attempt to set the existing neoHub up as a new neoHub and do not press or hold the Connect button.
What Happens Next
Once the invitation has been accepted, the invited person should have access to the shared neoHub through the IMI Heatmiser neoApp.
If the person is unable to join the neoHub after following the steps in this article, the guidance in this article has no further steps. Please speak to an adviser who can assist further.
