For example if you have moved into a new house with an existing system with the neoHub.
Using the IMI Heatmiser Neo App
Go to your App store and download IMI Heatmiser Neo
- Register an account.
- You will be lead to the Properties screen
- Press the + Button
- Choose neoHub
- Press Start Pairing
- Follow instructions on the screen.
If the neoHub does not pair, make sure that your phone is on the same network as the neoHub,
- Turn off your mobile data on your phone
- Plug the neoHub directly into a yellow LAN port on your router
- Make sure that your router's WIFI is enabled
- Connect your phone to the router's WIFI.
Using the Legacy neoApp (Orange)
- Go to Add Location
- Choose neoHub
- Press SETUP THIS HUB
- Press the connect button on the neoHub.
- Give the neoHub a name
- Press Finish on the App.
