Sometimes, as with any App, bits of bad data could remain on the App. The result could cause responses on the App not working properly, for example the App hanging or settings are not saving.
If this happens we would normally advise to log out of the Heatmiser Neo App, then uninstall and reinstall the App.
To do this:
- On the Home Screen
- Press the button with two houses on the top left corner
- Press the little man on the top right corner.
- Choose to Sign Out
- Make sure the App is closed
Uninstall the App, then reinstall, if you are using Android the App is Google Play, if you are using iOS it is App Store. Search for Heatmiser Neo and install.
Then sign in again.
