If you are using the Heatmiser Neo (Orange) App
- On the Home Screen
- Press the picture of the two houses on the top left corner
- That will take you to the locations screen
- Press the picture of the man in the top right corner
- Choose Get Support
- Choose Email Support.
If you are using the IMI Heatmiser Neo (Grey) App
- Go to Home on the App
- Press the little white man icon on the top right corner
- The is a button called 'Contact Support' at the bottom of the screen
- Choose 'Or get in touch via email'
