Do you have a minHub?
You will notice that there is a Power Pair button. If you see this, it is a miniHub.
- This may be located near the boiler. The thermostat is a neoAir, it may either have physical buttons or touch buttons.
- The miniHub is designed to be a standalone system with a maximum of two heating zones and the option to control a timer, like hot water. Ideal for a small setup.
- If you have this setup, as your thermostat is already connected to the miniHub, it is not possible to connect it to a neoHub.
- You can have both a miniHub and a neoHub on the same Heatmiser Neo App on the same account. They will appear as separate locations.
To change location, on the Home Screen on the Heatmiser Neo App, press the picture of the two houses on the top left of the screen. You can have multiple locations on the same App
If you do not have a miniHub and have an RF Switch instead, then the neoAir can connect to the neoHub.
