Power light
- Green or Red when the neoHub receives power, do not worry about the colour
Link Light
- Green (or Amber), it is connected to our servers
- Red, it is not connected to our servers
- Off, it is not connected to the router
Status Light
- Green, when a device is connected to the neoHub, for example a thermostat, a neoPlug.
- Off when no devices are connected
On the back of the neoHub, it is normal for you to have two lights, a green solid light and an amber flashing light. This means it is connected to your network and it is sending and receiving information.
Some troubleshooting steps
- If the power light is off, check that the neoHub is plugged into your mains and is switched on
- If the link light is red or off, have a look at Location Offline (when a neoHub is offline)
- If you have had thermostats connected previously and the Status light is off, it would suggest that the neoHub has gone through a factory reset. If this is the case, the only option would be to reset the thermostats and add them back to the neoHub. See I am trying to re-pair my neoStat to the neoHub but it won't pair.
NOTE: It is strongly advised not to press and hold the connect button on the neoHub Gen 2. This could result in the neoHub being factory reset. The end result could mean needing to reset and add all of the thermostats and accessories in the property.
