This is if you are replacing a working neoHub when you can see the zones and accessories listed, however you are looking to upgrade the neoHub, for example to the neoHub Gen 3.
On the Heatmiser Neo App.
With the old neoHub connected, go to the old neoHub Location
- On the home screen, go to Edit, press the - button and then remove the zones and accessories.
- Wait for around 1 minute until the WIFI sign disappears from the thermostats
With the new neoHub connected, go to the new neoHub Location
- Press the + button and then add the zones and accessories.
You can delete the old location by going to the location screen and swipe the old location to the left and delete it.
If the neoHub is not working, you will need to factory reset each thermostat and accessory.
