If you cannot pair your neoStat to the Heatmiser neo App
We do come across cases where customers have tried to pair a neoStat and using the option to pair a neoStat WIFI. Unless you have a WIFI sticker at the bottom, you will need a neoHub to pair the thermostats to. Here is a picture of a hard wired neoStat WIFI. Note that there is a WIFI sticker near the screw. A neoHub is not required for this.
neoHub is not required, when adding a location, follow the instructions in Location on the App for neoStat WIFI
If however there is no WIFI sticker near the screw, therefore you can only have App control if you get a neoHub which can be ordered on the following link https://heatmisershop.co.uk/imi-heatmiser-neohub-g3/
You would choose neoHub for Add Location. Once you have the neoHub added, it will then give you the option to add the neoStats.
We also have the battery powered neoAir thermostats. There is a battery tray instead of a screw at the bottom. If you have this you will need a neoHub unless you have the miniHub which is shown on the picture. Note that there is a Power Pair Button.
To pair this to the neoApp, you would need to go to Locations, choose neoHub Mini and follow the step by step instructions.
