If you are using a neoHub, just unplug the neoHub from the old router, then plug it into a LAN port on the router. This is usually a yellow port. Nothing more needs to be done, the link light should go green/amber and you should have access to the App.
Do not press and hold the Connect button on the neoHub. If you do this, it will reset the neoHub meaning that you will need to reset and pair any devices connected to it.
