When you are trying to Add neoHub as a Location and pressing the Connect Button does not find the neoHub on the Heatmiser Neo App.

Make sure that the neoHub has a GREEN or AMBER Link light, if it is red of off, it means that the neoHub is offline and you will not be able to connect.

If the link light is RED or off on the neoHub, have a look at the following:

- Turn off your mobile data on your phone
- If you are on a switch, move the neoHub to your main router and plug into a YELLOW LAN port.
- Make sure that your phone's WIFI is the router's WIFI and not another network.
- You need to be on your router's 2.4GHz network
- Unplug any WIFI extenders in the property.
- Ensure that you have enabled Locations is enabled.
- Make sure that Battery saver is off on your phone.
