We have detected an issue with some 4G routers and we have rolled out an update to fix this issue.
If your neoHub is going offline when connected to a 4G router, please follow these steps
- Connect your neoHub to a standard broadband line
- Either A) Wait 48 hours or B) Email email@example.com asking for us to force update your neoHub
- Once updated you will be able to use the neoHub on your 4G router.
