This answer also applies to the UH4 and UH6 wiring centres. The answer is yes, however you would need to get an RF Switch V2 which will be wired to the wiring centre and then the battery powered neoAir or Slimline RF stats would pair to the RF Switch V2 receiver.
You would take the Live, Earth and Neutral from one of the zones on the wiring centre. Then on the RF Switch V2, put a link wire between L and C1. You would then take a wire from the NO1 terminal to SL on the zone that you wish to control.
If you have a second thermostat that you want to add, on the receiver, put a link wire between L and C2. You would need to take the wire from NO2 and put it into SL on the zone that you want to pair.
Any remaining hard wired stats would have the L E N going to the thermostat and then you would link between L and A1, then take A2 back to the SL on the zone that you wish to control
