On the neoStat v1 (Blue Display Light)
- Use the left and right keys to move to SETUP
- Hold Tick for 10 seconds until you see all icons appear on screen.
- You will see 1 and 2, one will usually flash
- 1 is Thermostatic Mode
- 2 is Timer Mode (for example Hot Water)
- Use the left and right keys to choose and press Tick to confirm
The neoStat has now reset and all data will be reset to factory default.
On the neoStat v2 (White Display Light)
- Use left and right keys to navigate to the power icon Power Icon
- Hold Tick for 5 seconds
- Select SETUP and Hold the Tick button for 10 seconds until you see all icons appear on screen
- You will see 1 or 2, one will usually flash
- 1 is Thermostatic Mode
- 2 is Timer Mode (for example Hot Water)
- Use the left and right keys to choose and press Tick to confirm
The neoStat has now reset and all data will be reset to factory default. Please note that if it is connected to a neoHub and you are using the Heatmiser Neo App, it will need to be deleted and added as it will now show as offline.
