No it cannot, it can only be in thermostatic mode and cannot be turned into a time clock.
If you need a hard wired time clock that connects to the neoHub, you can use the following:
If the timer is for a water based system, for example a cylinder stat.
- neoStat V2 (set as timer only)
- neoStat-hw V2 (set as timer only)
- neoStat Touch (can do both heating and hot water)
