Pair neoAir V1 with UH8-RF V2

This is what the UH8-RF V2 and the neoAir V1 looks like

If you struggle pairing the neoAir V3 to the UH8-RF V2, power down the UH8-RF V2 from the mains and turn back on again.

  1. On the UH8-RF V2, press and hold the zone light you wish to pair for 5 seconds, the red light will start to flash*
  2. Release you finger, the light should continue to flash red.
  3. On the neoAir V1, using the sideways key, move to SETUP on the right
  4. Press the Tick button once
  5. With 01 in the top right corner, press the down arrow once until you see P1 in the top right corner
  6. Press the tick button once and you will see a countdown
  7. The zone light on the UH8-RF V2 should go out
  8. Press Tick on the neoAir V1
  9. On the neoAir, press the up arrow to turn the heating above the room temperature and press tick. **
  10. You should see a flame icon on the thermostat
  11. Wait 20 seconds
  12. The zone light on the UH8-RF V2 should be on confirming pairing complete.

 

* If the UH8-RF V2, stops flashing, repeat the process.

** If the temperature on the neoAir V1 will not go above 17°C.   Go to the power icon on the left and press the tick button to take the thermostat out of Standby.   The snowflake icon will disappear.
