How do I change my login email address for Heatmiser neoApp?

To change your login email, follow these steps.

1. Press Home
2. Press the picture of the two houses on the top left corner
3. Press the little man in the top right corner
4. Sign out of the Account
5. Press REGISTER in the top right corner of the App
6. Enter your new email and password
7. Press Continue
8. Login to your new account

If you have a neoHub

1. Go to Add Location, neoHub will already be highlighted
2. Press SETUP THIS HUB
3. Press Connect on your neoHub. (Ensure you are connected to the same router)
4. Give your neoHub a name
5. Press Finish

All of your zones will be visible in your app and profiles will migrate over. You will need to setup any recipes. 

If you have a MiniHub

1. Go to Add Location and Choose neoHub-Mini
2. Press SETUP THIS HUB
3. Follow the Instructions 'The Power Light is Not Red'

If you have neoStat WIFI

This applies if you do not have a neoHub or miniHub.  

To check if you have a neoStat WIFI see Do I have a neoStat WIFI?

1. Go to Add Location, Choose neoStat WiFi
2. Press SETUP NEOSTAT WIFI
3. Give the location a name, for example Home
4. Press Done, then press NEXT
5. Follow the instructions for 'Symbol is ON'

You will need to add each neoStat WiFi individually.
