- Use the left and right keys to make sure the box is over the power icon on the left.
- Press and hold tick for 3 seconds, you will see ‘SETUP’.
- Press Tick
- Press the Up arrow until the small number is 10.
- Press the Left arrow to make the large number 00.
- Press Tick
The next stage is to reset the thermostat.
- Press and hold Tick until you see ‘SETUP’.
- Press and hold Tick for a further 10 seconds *
- All Icons will appear, you should see a number in the bottom left corner.
- Select 1 If Heating Only
- Select 2 If Heating and Timer, Timer could be for hot water.
- Press Tick.
- Remove the battery tray and put it back in to reboot the thermostat.
The neoAir V2 needs pairing back to the RF Switch.
- On the RF Switch, press and hold ‘CH1’ for 5 seconds, until the red light flashes.
- On the thermostat
Use the left and right keys to make sure the box is over the power icon on the left.
- Press and hold tick for 3 seconds, you will see ‘SETUP’.
- Press Tick.
- Press the down arrow once, the small number in the top right corner will show ‘P1’.
- Press Tick
- A countdown will start and around 5 seconds, the CH1 light should go out.
- Wait until the countdown goes below 50.
- Press Tick
- Then test by turning the heating up and down, making sure the RF Switch responds.
* If you saw 01 in the top right corner, it meant that you have gone into the SETUP menu in error. Press the up arrow once and then press Tick.
If the thermostat was previously listed on the ‘Heatmiser Neo’ App, it will need to be deleted from the App and then added again.
