Battery Tray jammed
- If you look to the left and right of the battery tray at the top, there is two white slots, they will be in the second grove down, see pictures below.
Get a small screwdriver on each side and push into these slots
The front of the unit will unclip from the back plate.
- You should be able to access the battery tray, push the batteries down and release the jam
