Many of our thermostats look the same, so the easiest way to identify your thermostat is to look at the back plate mounted to the wall where you will see the part number label.
If you are to check this, make sure power is turned off on your system. Remove the front cover of the thermostat. Undo the screws connecting the back plate off the wall, pull the back plate off the wall. The model number will be listed on the back where the wires are.
You can also use the Manual Finder that has images of our products (active and discontinued) as well as tips on how to identify.
If you are still unable to locate the part number, follow these steps;
- Take a photo of the thermostat showing the display.
- Write a summary of what the thermostat is controlling, such as wet underfloor heating or electric heating.
- Let us know if you have a NeoHub, TouchPad, Netmonitor or integration with Control4
- Send this information to support@heatmiser.com
If it is a battery powered radio thermostat, you can identify the receiver by going here.
NeoStat/NeoAir
- The first generation neo has SETUP in the bottom right hand side.
- Mains powered neoStats have a single screw at the bottom
- Battery powered neoAir thermostats have a battery tray at the bottom with 4AAA batteries.
- Unless you have a WIFI sticker at the bottom, you would need a neoHub for App control.
- Battery powered neoAir thermostat can control heating and an extra timer zone like hot water, will also show TIMER ON/OFF as well as temperature.
