neoStat-e V2
The probe will not be used. You would need to factory reset the thermostat and put it into mode 2 which is time clock mode. The neoStat-e V2 must be outside of the bathroom.
- To do this, go to the power icon on the left using the left arrow
- Press and hold tick until you see SETUP and CLOCK
- Press and hold tick until all icons appear
- Change the 1 in the bottom left corner to 2 using the right arrow
- Press tick
- It is now a time clock with TIMER ON/OFF on the screen
The neoStat-e V2 in timer mode can link to a neoHub for App control via the Heatmiser Neo App.
Touch-e or Touch-e carbon
The probe will not be used. You would need to factory reset the thermostat and put it into mode 2 which is time clock mode. The Touch-e V2 must be outside of the bathroom.
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds
- When you CLOCK and SETUP, press and hold SETUP for 10 seconds
- All the icons appear, choose the following options
- 2= Time Clock Mode
- Press DONE to confirm selection.
The Touch-e or the Touch-e carbon cannot be linked to the Heatmiser Neo App.
