If you get this message, update HomeKit on your phone.
Then restart your phone
If the issue still occurs afterwards, just press cancel, you should be able to access the Heatmiser neoApp as normal.
You can turn it off,
- Go to General Settings on your phone
- Privacy and Security
- Choose Home or HomeKit
- Turn off the tab for Heatmiser Neo.
