You can have App control if you get a neoHub with the neoStat-e V2
A floor probe must be fitted for electric underfloor heating. Therefore if if you are upgrading an existing system you will need to check if the existing probe is compatible.
Unless the probe is 10K3A1 (or 12K3A1/15K3A1 if you are using a neoStat-e V2) the probe would need to be replaced.
