If your neoHub is offline, please check the following;
1. Power Adaptor
Ensure your neoHub is powered by the adaptor supplied with the neoHub and not a replacement USB adaptor. USB adaptors have different mains filtering and supply current and can affect the operation of your neoHub.
2. Power Reset
It seems obvious but it fixes many minor bugs. It's always worth turning the power off at the mains for a few minutes. Once you've turned the power back on, give your neoHub 5 minutes before trying to operate your system.
3. Update Software
Your neoHub should automatically update its firmware but sometimes things don't work as they should. If you are having repeated problems, get in touch with our support team from your registered email address so that we can check your neoHub is running the latest firmware.
