If your neoHub is offline, please follow the following steps.
1. Power off your broadband router and neoHub.
2. Power on your broadband router.
3. Wait 5 minutes, to give your router time to establish connection with your ISP and settle down.
4. Power on your neoHub
Power LED: Should be green
Link LED: Should be green (Off indicates no connection to your router, Red indicates no connection to our server, Green indicates your neoHub has successfully connected to our Cloud Server)
Status LED: Red indicates no thermostats paired, Green indicates thermostats are paired.
If this didn't work, get in touch with our support by emailing from your registered email address and let us know the LED status of your neoHub. Email support@heatmiser.com
Important: You MUST email from your registered email address - the one you use to login to the neoApp. We cannot help you if you email from a different email address.
