Your neoHub will be marked offline in the neoApp when it cannot connect to the Heatmiser Cloud Server.
Please note
During this period, please be assured your heating will continue to work normally. All of your neoStat's have their own programmed settings, so whilst you cannot make adjustments via the app, your heating will continue to work and you can make changes or increase the temperature on each of your neoStat wall thermostats.
Troubleshoot using these steps.

If our system is down, your neoHub will automatically reconnect when the service is restored.
If there is no outage recorded, please try the following;
1. Power Adaptor
Ensure your neoHub is powered by the adaptor supplied with the neoHub and not a replacement USB adaptor. USB adaptors have different mains filtering and supply current and can affect the operation of your neoHub.
2. Power Reset
It seems obvious but it fixes many minor bugs. It's always worth turning the power off at the mains for a few minutes. Once you've turned the power back on, give your neoHub 5 minutes before trying to operate your system.
3.Try a different port on your router
Try to connect your neoHub to a different port on your router.
If none of this helps email support@heatmiser.com for further assistance.
