Turning off failsafe is not a solution for if heating is coming on for 12 minutes every hour. That is usually caused by signal issues or loss of pairing between the neoAir and the receiver. In addition there is a possibility that the heating could get stuck on or off.

To turn off failsafe on a neoAir V1 (blue background, SETUP on the right hand corner).
- Go to SETUP on the right hand side
- Press tick
- Press the down arrow to make small number P3
- Press tick
- Press left arrow to make large number 00
- Press tick
- Turn heating up and down a few times to make sure that the receiver light comes on.
To turn off failsafe on a neoAir V2, neoAir V2m or a neoAir V3 (white background, no setup on bottom right corner)
- Go to the power icon on the left
- Press and hold tick until you see SETUP
- Press tick
- Press down arrow to make small number P3
- Press tick
- Press left arrow to make large number 00
- Press tick
- Turn heating up and down a few times ensuring receiver light turns on and off.
